There are some minor disappointments such as the lack of movie channels in the room and the old-fashioned TV sets.

We had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and it exceeded our expectations. the service was impeccable, the spa and wellness centre was top-notch and the indoor swimming pool was a great addition. the sauna and steam room were incredibly relaxing and the spa lounge was the perfect place to unwind. the restaurant was exceptional and the breakfast was delicious. the private facilities in the room were exclusive and the location advantages were unbeatable.

the hotel staff quickly addressed the issue and offered us a complimentary massage to make up for any inconvenience caused.

Best aspects include the spacious room with a small kitchen. Staff was really nice and helpful - especially doormen and reception. The doorman offered to arrange a car wash for us, nice and helpful. Minibar was full of free drinks including a very good champagne. Hotel was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast only a la carte but very good. Location was really nice in the very center and right next to the city park.
